Position Overview

TheFabricator / Assembleris responsible for fabricating assembling and bonding components using a variety of materials including metals honeycomb panels plastics and other structural materials. ThisFabricator / Assemblerrole involves working from blueprints and specifications to produce high-quality assemblies while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

The idealFabricator / Assembleris detail-oriented mechanically inclined and experienced in working with fabrication tools and assembly processes in a production environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Previousfabrication assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability toread tape measures and interpret basic blueprints or drawings
Familiarity withfabrication tools drills and assembly equipment
Experience withbonding adhesives or fastener installation is a plus
Strongattention to detail and workmanship
Ability tolift materials and work in a production environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble and fabricate components usingmetals honeycomb panels plastics and structural materials
Read and interpretblueprints drawings and work instructions
Measure cut drill and fit materials torequired specifications
Bond materials usingadhesives and fastening methods
Drill holes and installbolts rivets and screws
Operatefabrication equipment and hand tools safely
Inspect assembled components foraccuracy fit and quality
Maintain aclean organized and safe work environment
Follow allcompany safety procedures and policies
