InfraHire is looking for a Electrical Sales Representative in Newark NY. Key Responsibilities -
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors builders facility teams and walk-in customers

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical and lighting products/solutions

Prepare quotes process orders and follow up to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Coordinate with purchasing/warehouse teams to confirm availability delivery timelines and order accuracy
-
Resolve customer concerns professionally (pricing questions returns backorders product issues)
-
Support showroom/counter operations as needed and maintain a high level of customer service
-
Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative mentoring teammates when appropriate and helping improve processes
Qualifications -
Excellent communication and interpersonal (soft) skills-professional friendly and customer-focused

Sales experience preferred (inside sales counter sales B2B retail or related)
-
Electrical industry knowledge preferred (electrical supply/distribution contractor sales lighting etc.)
-
Strong organizational skills and follow-through; ability to manage multiple customer requests at once

Strong problem-solving and ability to work well in a team environment

Leadership traits-ownership mentality accountability and ability to influence/coach others
