Job Summary

Seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot repair and perform preventative maintenance on copier/fax/multifunctional equipment. Must be able to communicate with customers on the status of repairs and be able to connect copier/fax/multifunctional equipment to computer networks when applicable. Maintain accurate accountability of parts and equipment. Complete all functions associated with service calls and communicate status with the dispatch office. Inform sales department of sales leads. Computer networking and/or technical repair experience is desired. Training will be provided. A company vehicle for travel throughout the central UP will be provided. A valid drivers license is required. Generous salary and benefits included.
