About the Role

In this role youll support telecom clients by strengthening fraud operations case management and monitoring programs ensuring consistency compliance and effectiveness across business units.

What Youll Do

Assess fraud operations processes and case management effectiveness
Identify control gaps and operational improvement opportunities
Support fraud loss reduction and prevention initiatives
Prepare executive-level summaries of fraud performance and trends
Act as a functional expert in fraud operations engagements

What Were Looking For

5 years in fraud operations or fraud risk roles
Strong understanding of fraud monitoring and dispute workflows
Experience with fraud tools and platforms preferred
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Consulting or advisory background is a plus
