Project Overview
This role leads and delivers multiple enterprise-level projects involving cross-functional teams and external partners. The Project Manager works closely with senior management and stakeholders to meet business objectives while providing leadership and mentorship that promotes accountability trust and high standards of execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Manage large enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple internal stakeholders and/or contracted resources.
- Develop maintain and track detailed project plans.
- Define project roles and responsibilities for users and team members.
- Gather and document user requirements deliverables and approval criteria.
- Coordinate and monitor stakeholder activities to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
- Communicate project status risks and outcomes to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior Project Managers including recommending appropriate training and experience development.
Required Qualifications
- Current residence in the state of Indiana.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong project planning coordination and execution skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership and mentorship capability
- Ability to manage timelines budgets and stakeholder expectations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional judgment and decision-making skills
