Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for labeling vials and label control and accountability.
-
Provides inventory of reagent components as well as boxes and inserts.
-
Responsible for pulling correct lot numbers and correct quantity of kit reagents for final product QC testing or Sales requests.
-
Responsible for setting up kit assemblies and completing kit assemblies.
-
Provides maintenance and cleaning of equipment assigned to Packaging.
-
Prepares bulk bagged microwell strips for strip/plate assembly.
-
Responsible for pouching vials strips and plates.
-
Prepares boxes and sealers for kit assembly.
-
Maintains a fresh supply of desiccant in the desiccators and documenting desiccator set-up.
-
Assists in training of other staff members (as needed).
-
Must be able to lift large aluminum bins with filled reagents (up to 35 lbs.).
-
Must be able to maintain own training log.
-
Assists the manager in the review and writing of SOPs and QAPs in the Packaging Department.

Responsible to follow and promote the use and recognition of safety measures required by Client.

Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment in the Packaging area.

Supports the organization in other tasks as defined by the business needs and supported by documented training.0-2 years of work experience
