About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site Attorney position based in Troy Michigan. The role offers exposure to a diverse and sophisticated caseload allowing attorneys to actively engage in client counseling legal strategy drafting negotiation and litigation.

You will work closely with experienced partners and a supportive legal team contributing to matters across multiple practice areas while maintaining direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients across assigned practice areas
• Draft review and manage legal documents pleadings contracts and correspondence
• Represent clients in negotiations hearings and litigation proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advisement
• Stay current with applicable laws regulations and legal precedents
• Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services
• Manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in legal analysis research and drafting
• Hands-on experience with litigation negotiation and courtroom representation
• Knowledge of relevant laws and precedents in one or more of the following areas:

• Estate & Trust
• Business / Corporate Law
• Family Law
• Medical Malpractice Defense

• Excellent interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases with attention to detail and deadlines
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active State Bar licensure in Michigan
• At least X years of relevant legal experience (based on role requirements)
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management systems
• Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence
