About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and delivering meaningful this role you will manage cases from initial client consultation through trial preparation and resolution.

You will play a key role in guiding clients through challenging circumstances by providing clear legal guidance compassionate support and strategic advocacy. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom comfortable negotiating with insurance companies and committed to maintaining strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients to evaluate their cases and provide strategic legal guidance
• Building trust through compassionate communication and consistent updates
• Communicating with insurance companies regarding claims demands and settlement offers
• Evaluating case value and developing litigation strategy
• Preparing cases for trial and representing clients in court when necessary
• Managing files efficiently while maintaining high professional standards

Requirements & Skills:

• Full-time position
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6 or more years of litigation experience
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred
• Member of the South Carolina Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience evaluating claims and determining case value
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Strong team-oriented mindset
