About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Partnership Taxation Senior Manager to join a dynamic team in Houston. This role requires a strong technical background in partnership taxation leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience at a top 10 accounting firm and a proven track record in tax compliance consulting and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements including partnership structuring entity formation and M&A-related tax matters.

Prepare review and provide guidance on Sub-chapter K partnership taxation partnership returns joint venture and non-corporate entity tax returns.

Provide technical expertise in US GAAP and complex tax accounting issues.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service and communication.

Mentor train and coach junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Contribute to business development efforts including client proposals and engagement planning.

Manage multiple projects and competing priorities efficiently.
Required Qualifications:

CPA certification required.

Minimum 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience ideally in public accounting.

Experience with partnership structuring entity formation and M&A is preferred.

Strong leadership business development recruiting training and mentoring skills.

Exceptional written interpersonal and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple engagements in a results-driven fast-paced environment.

Must be from a top 10 accounting firm.
