PAY RATE: $43.17/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required to start.

Summary:

• Maintain authoritative configuration baselines and manage product revision control.

• Design and support documentation-traceability workflows for engineering and manufacturing teams.

• Review track and categorize engineering changes against approved customer baselines.

• Analyze Technical Data Packages and communicate configuration impacts to stakeholders.

• Ensure CM and Document Management (DM) processes comply with contract regulatory and internal requirements.

• Lead change-management activities from concept through product sustainment.

• Contribute to special projects and cross-site initiatives to enhance T3 fidelity.

• Produce clear concise documentation for mission-critical work.

• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required to start.

• Associates degree 10 years of CM-related experience (or equivalent).

• Experience applying CM policies procedures and tools.

• Ability to interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player.
