Summary:
-
Maintain authoritative configuration baselines and manage product revision control.
-
Design and support documentation-traceability workflows for engineering and manufacturing teams.
-
Review track and categorize engineering changes against approved customer baselines.
-
Analyze Technical Data Packages and communicate configuration impacts to stakeholders.
-
Ensure CM and Document Management (DM) processes comply with contract regulatory and internal requirements.
-
Lead change-management activities from concept through product sustainment.
-
Contribute to special projects and cross-site initiatives to enhance T3 fidelity.
-
Produce clear concise documentation for mission-critical work.
-
Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
Requirements:
-
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required to start.
-
Associates degree 10 years of CM-related experience (or equivalent).
-
Experience applying CM policies procedures and tools.
-
Ability to interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings.
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
-
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree 6 years of professional experience.
-
CM certifications.
-
Experience with PLM systems ERP SharePoint Windchill JIRA Confluence.
-
Familiarity with electronics manufacturing/design.
-
Experience in defense aerospace military or logistics environments.
-
Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles (SAE EIA-649).
