Job Summary

Architect design and implement applications with React for front-end development.

Lead and coordinate offshore development teams ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerized environments (Docker AKS).

Implement caching strategies using Redis and optimize application performance.

Utilize Git for version control and enforce branching strategies.

Integrate automation tools and performance testing frameworks to ensure quality and reliability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Full developer with strong object-oriented design principles.

Hands-on expertise in React Redis cache CI/CD IaC Docker AKS and Git.

Familiarity with automation tools and testing strategies (unit integration performance).

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage distributed teams effectively.
