Position: Senior IT Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale software projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills effectively managing resources and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires collaboration with senior management and the ability to mentor junior Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project management to ensure successful project completion.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Define roles responsibilities and user requirements for project teams.
Communicate project statuses to management and stakeholders.
Mentor lower-level Project Managers and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Skills:

5 years of IT Project Management experience.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and various project methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience working collaboratively with technical teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
