Position: Office Clerk / Data Entry

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Clerk / Data Entry professional who will be responsible for managing case files processing financial documents and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review referrals complaints and reports.
  • Open and establish case files process financial review documents.
  • Coordinate with office supervisor for case assignments.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with agency guidelines.
  • Utilize case management systems and standard office software.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Administrative office experience (2 years)
  • Experience reviewing referrals complaints and reports (6 months)
  • Familiarity with case management systems
