About the Role:
- Seeking an experienced hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee 6 10 concurrent commercial and public works projects ($25K $1M) from bid to closeout. You will ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to quality standards while managing subcontractors site safety and client communication for key municipal clients like the Chicago Housing Authority.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- 10 years in construction with increasing project management responsibility
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong skills in estimating bidding subcontractor coordination and field execution
- Proficiency with construction management software and OSHA standards
- Background with municipal/public works projects (preferred)
