Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Current state or compact nursing license.
Current NIHSS ACLS & BLS certificate.
2 years full time Med Tele experience in acute care setting.
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
Fulfills the needs of the patients families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure certification training and regulatory requirements. * Delivers care to patients in a competent capable caring and efficient manner. * Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care. * Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs * Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients * Makes initial assessment and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients as evidence by appropriate documentation * Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients including a review of systems as evidence by appropriate documentation * Completes admission assessment in time frame established according to policy and procedures
