Job Summary
Primary responsibilities of the DC Project Manager will include planning executing and delivering data center related projects including new builds expansions migrations upgrades and decommissioning. This role coordinates cross functional teams including facilities network external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with safety security and regulatory standards. This is a hybrid tole 3 day in office role location could vary within DFW areas.
Responsibilities
Lead end to end delivery of data center projects including development of project plans schedules budgets and risk mitigation strategies
Develop and manage project schedules (design procurement construction installation commissioning and decommissioning).
Create Project budgets cost forecasts overall financial planning and reporting.
Act as point of contact for stakeholder and cross functional coordination including facilities infrastructure teams and external vendors.
Ensure safety compliance and regulatory standards are maintained throughout the delivery of projects
Support capacity planning and long-term data center strategy initiatives.
Should be able to travel to various locations as needed for project needs.

Qualifications
5 years of project management experience in data center or infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of center infrastructure (power cooling racks cabling networking)
Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor projects
Prior Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) implementation experience
Work efficiently and independently - applying analytical troubleshooting and organizational skills to support day-to-day operations and project work.
Ability to travel to other facilities is required.
Working knowledge and experience with JIRA Confluence Project and Visio
Ability to align project tasks and technical solution with the Business Requirements
Proactive and can work independently
Must be able to multi-task effectively
Great organizational and communication skills
Strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills
