Job Summary

Job Title: CIAM Program Management/Project Manager

Must Have:

Knowledge of Ping Identity and CIAM.
Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)-Strong hand-on experience

CIAM Expertise

Hands-on experience with customer registration authentication identity lifecycle and identity security
Ability to define CIAM architecture design patterns and end-to-end delivery approach

Authentication & Authorization

Strong knowledge of SSO MFA OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML
Experience enabling secure integrations across applications portals and APIs

CIAM / Identity Platforms

Experience with CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity (preferred)
Exposure to Okta/Auth0 ForgeRock Azure AD B2C or similar identity solutions

Delivery & Product Leadership

Product Owner or strong product mindset with experience in requirements definition backlog management user journeys acceptance criteria and stakeholder alignment

Privacy & Compliance

Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA
Ability to embed consent management data minimization retention policies and audit readiness into CIAM solutions
