Technical Skills:
- Technical skills and qualifications required for a ServiceNow technical consultant or developer typically include proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration scripting (such as JavaScript and Glide API) and integration techniques.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards is essential. Familiarity with cloud computing models and security protocols as well as understanding compliance frameworks relevant to ServiceNow environments is also important.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or ITIL is beneficial and holding an ITIL certification is considered an asset.
Professional Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field is typically required.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in CSM)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (asset)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred or considered an advanced credential)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or ITIL is beneficial and holding an ITIL certification is considered an asset.
- Client Location: Ottawa
- Number of resources needed: 2
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Additional info: 40 hrs per week
This strategic redesign will concentrate on optimizing team operations by:
1- Boosting operational efficiency through automation and smart work allocation.
2- Improving the experience for both customers and agents by simplifying service processes.
3- Minimizing manual tasks and removing unnecessary redundancies.
4- Maintaining SLA compliance without adding extra administrative workload.
5- Planning for scalability including potential future integrations with other the client systems.
In addition: Resources should be cleared at the least at the Reliability level and they would also need to have been living in Canada for at least 5 years without travelling abroad for more than 6 months.
