Job Title: Network Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to maintain troubleshoot and support our organizations network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure stable network operations resolve connectivity issues and provide technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN routers switches firewalls and wireless networks
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity performance and security issues
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 network support to end users
Configure and manage network devices (Cisco Juniper Fortinet etc.)
Perform network installations upgrades and patches
Ensure network security backups and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution
Maintain network diagrams SOPs and incident reports
Support VPN DNS DHCP TCP/IP and firewall configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
Proven experience as a Network Support / Network Engineer
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP LAN/WAN DNS DHCP VPN
Hands-on experience with routers switches and firewalls
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Networking certifications (CCNA CCNP CompTIA Network)
Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of network security best practices
Experience in ITIL-based support environments
