Job Title: APM / Medicaid Strategy Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

Support design and implementation of Alternative Payment Models (APMs)

Conduct population health and cost-of-care diagnostics

Assess provider readiness for APM adoption

Support payer (MCO) alignment and engagement

Define performance measures reporting and shared savings structures

Required Skill Set:

Medicaid payment reform

Value-based care models (shared savings risk capitation)

Population health analytics

Provider financial performance analysis

Payer/MCO engagement

Required Experience:

10 years in Medicaid payment reform or value-based care

Direct experience designing or implementing APMs

Experience working with State Medicaid agencies and MCOs

Familiarity with CMS payment model guidance
