Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP ABAP Technical Lead with O2C (Order-to-Cash) expertise to lead SAP development initiatives and deliver scalable high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP UI5/Fiori development and S/4 HANA implementations along with a deep understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead SAP ABAP development and UI5/Fiori implementation initiatives.

• Provide technical direction mentoring and code reviews for development teams.

• Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and performance optimization.

SAP Development

• Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions including:

  • OData services

  • CDS views

  • Enhancements and custom developments

• Build Freestyle SAP UI5 / Fiori applications from scratch.

• Work on UI5 Extension and Adaptation projects.

• Apply UI5 concepts such as Fragments Routing MVC and Data Binding.

O2C (Order-to-Cash) Process Support

• Work closely with functional teams to support end-to-end O2C processes including:

  • Order Management

  • Pricing & Billing

  • Invoicing and Revenue processes

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

S/4 HANA Implementation

• Participate in SAP S/4 HANA implementations upgrades and enhancements.

• Ensure applications are optimized for performance scalability and usability.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with functional consultants architects and business stakeholders.

• Manage source code using GitHub or similar version control tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development (OData CDS Enhancements)

• Hands-on experience with SAP UI5 / Fiori development

• Experience building Freestyle UI5 applications from scratch

• Experience in UI5 Extension & Adaptation projects

• Strong knowledge of UI5 concepts (Fragments Routing MVC Data Binding)

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations

• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS

• Experience with GitHub or version control tools

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and O2C business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP technical teams or large-scale implementations

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
