Bachelors in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CISMIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experiencetraining
8 years of development experience in COBOL IMS DBDC
5 years architectural and design experience

Proven ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Handson experience in systems development in a variety of computing architectures and environments proven experience with conceptual strategy and direction
Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies
Proficient in application architecture and design
Knowledge of IBM MQ IIB andor SOA
Significant experience in requirements analysis and use case development with a thorough understanding of software development life cycles development and technology tools testing methodologies and requirements gathering
Experience supporting and directing technical architecture for supported business domains
Passion for change and continual improvement with ability to effectively lead drive and support change
Proven ability to work across multiple functional teams in the creation of business solutions
Experience with the operations characteristics of large scale and highly available computer systems deployed in a variety of software and hardware environments
Knowledge of systems integration practices and understanding of Service Oriented Architecture principles and practices
Ability to simultaneously manage a large Architect workload involving multiple projects daytoday tasks meetings and adhoc technical requests
Ability to adapt to unexpected events new facts and rapidly changing circumstances
