Design develop and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components LWC Build and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems leveraging REST SOAP Streaming APIs and event driven architectures Develop and optimize Agentforce and MCP workflows to streamline business processes.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure high code quality by adhering to Salesforce best practices platform security standards and governor limits.

Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including integration specifications component designs and workflow configurations.

Drive adoption of DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment pipelines for Salesforce development Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to coding standards.
