Role Summary:
The Data Migration Lead is responsible for planning executing validating and governing the migration of data from the legacy Track-It system into the new ITSM platform ensuring data integrity completeness and auditability.
The Data Migration Lead is responsible for planning executing validating and governing the migration of data from the legacy Track-It system into the new ITSM platform ensuring data integrity completeness and auditability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop data migration strategy mapping and validation plans
- Migrate historical incidents service requests assets and configuration data
- Perform data cleansing normalization reconciliation and validation
- Support CMDB population and asset lifecycle accuracy
- Coordinate migration testing and sign-off with Port stakeholders
