Key Responsibilities

6-9 years of software development experience with 4 years focused on EIS platform development and configuration.

- Lead development efforts for EIS modules ensuring adherence to architecture and design standards.

- Design and implement complex business rules workflows and integrations.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in technical design reviews unit testing and performance optimization.

- Support release management and troubleshooting in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong expertise in EIS development including configuration scripting and customization.

- Deep understanding of insurance domain and EIS product capabilities.

- Experience with integration tools API development and cloud-native technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead small development teams.
