Description
Rinvio Recruitment is actively seeking a highly experienced Director of Emergency Services to join our esteemed medical practice in Las Cruces. This full-time on-site role offers a unique opportunity to lead our emergency services department ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
As the Director of Emergency Services you will oversee all operations within the department driving initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance service efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a collaborative environment among medical staff and in aligning departmental goals with the overall mission of our practice. We offer a competitive salary range of $125000 - $150000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional advancement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Emergency Services department operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance emergency care services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care processes
- Monitor departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Provide mentorship and support to emergency department staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs
- Facilitate communication between emergency services and other departments
Requirements
- Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.
- Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years experience in a leadership role.
- Must possess a Bachelors degree in Nursing. Advanced degree (MSN Healthcare Administration and MBA) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred.
- Experience building a team focused on quality initiatives.
- Experience facilitating relationships with hospital providers.
