Description
We are looking for a Zoho Implementation Consultant to join our team in San Francisco. As a Zoho Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements customizing Zoho applications and ensuring a seamless implementation process. Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for Zoho implementation
- Customize Zoho applications to meet organizational needs
- Lead the implementation process and manage project timelines
- Conduct training sessions for team members on Zoho functionalities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system integrations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations
- Stay updated on the latest Zoho features and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Zoho implementation or similar roles
- Strong understanding of Zoho applications and their functionalities
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL and database management is preferred
