The Role

Youll work closely with the partners to supercharge our pipeline and win the best deals. This includes:

Sourcing - Hunt down the best founders before everyone else sees them. Build creative sourcing strategies that give us an edge.
Evaluating - Deep dive on markets models and metrics. Develop sharp theses on where markets are going and drive analysis that makes investment decisions.
Networking - Build relationships with founders and ecosystem players that lead to deal flow and trust.
Supporting - Work with portfolio companies on the problems that matterGTM hiring strategy.

What Were Looking For

3-5 years of VC deal team experience
Voraciously curious with strong defensible points of view
Hunter mentality: you find opportunities you dont wait for them
Exceptional communicator with strong analytical skills
Independent operator who knows when to collaborate
Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) in office 3 days/week
Theres no perfect resume for this role. We care about drive judgment and ability to deliver.
