Job Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a People & Capability Business Partner. This role will partner with business leaders in our Support Office to maximise the capability and performance of their teams in support of business objectives and purpose.
- Build effective working relationships with assigned business areas to coach and support the development of business objectives.
- Provide timely and practical guidance and coaching to leaders to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned with company vision values and strategy.
- Manage a wide range of employee relations matters including investigations grievances and performance management in keeping with legal frameworks.
- Provide guidance and support with the management of personal injuries.
- Contribute to key People activities including engagement compliance recruitment organisational design on-boarding talent remuneration and succession planning.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including safety risk and fraud and forensics teams.
- Deliver reporting and insight of key people performance metrics and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years in a generalist P&C Business Partnering role
- Experience in end-to-end management of employee relations matters
- Experience in supporting business leaders with organisational design and change
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Proactive solutions focussed and flexible approach
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Business Management or similar
