We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership by overseeing patient evaluations treatment planning and care delivery to ensure highquality evidencebased practice across the clinic
- Review physician referrals patient histories and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions and maintain clinical excellence
- Supervise and mentor clinicians assistants and rehabilitation technicians ensuring adherence to established protocols and fostering professional growth
- Support complex patient cases through direct care as needed modeling best practices and reinforcing clinical standards
- Ensure accurate timely and compliant documentation including evaluations progress notes workers compensation reports discharge summaries and incident reports
- Develop and monitor individualized plans of care treatment goals and outcome measures to maintain exceptional patient results
- Promote effective communication among staff patients caregivers physicians and insurance partners to support seamless care coordination
- Oversee clinic operations including scheduling workflow optimization and quality assurance initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning performance metrics and clinic growth efforts to enhance patient access and overall clinic performance
Qualifications :
- Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy. New graduates are encouraged to apply wed love for you to start your career with us!
- Current or upcoming state of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license and CPR certification
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system database software and MS Office
