Ward Law Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own and scale the firms recruiting function. This role is responsible for building a high-volume efficient and data-driven recruiting operation with full ownership of SmartRecruiters recruiting analytics and process optimization.
This individual will partner closely with leadership to support hiring plans grow the recruiting team and ensure recruiting operations scale alongside firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Function Ownership
- Own end-to-end recruiting operations and execution for the firm.
- Design implement and continuously optimize a high-volume recruiting process.
- Translate hiring plans into execution timelines recruiter capacity and workflows.
SmartRecruiters (ATS) Ownership
- Serve as the functional owner of SmartRecruiters including workflows automations templates and system configuration.
- Own the SmartRecruiters vendor relationship and system optimization.
- Ensure strong adoption data integrity and effective use across recruiters and hiring managers.
- Manage ATS integrations and related recruiting technology.
- Integrate Dialpad call data recordings and AI summaries across recruiting workflows and reporting.
Analytics Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill pipeline health recruiter productivity source effectiveness).
- Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
Recruiter Team Growth & Enablement
- Scale the recruiting function by hiring onboarding and training internal recruiters and recruiting vendors.
- Set performance expectations workflows and KPIs as the team grows.
- Provide ongoing coaching and enablement focused on efficiency and quality.
Process Improvement
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows automation and reporting.
- Standardize processes to support scale compliance and consistency.
Salary: $115000 to $135000 per year commensurate with experience
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
- Hands-on experience owning and optimizing an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred).
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
- Strong analytics reporting and process design skills.
- Experience building or scaling recruiting teams.
