Qualifications :

You will be: 

• Client-oriented with strong advisory communication and interpersonal skills 
• Highly skilled at simplifying complexity and articulating strategic insights 
• A creative yet analytical problem-solver with sound business acumen 
• Capable of structuring quantitative and qualitative research to inform conclusions 
• Inclusive open-minded and comfortable working with diverse perspectives 
• Confident managing independent work while thriving in a collaborative team environment 

Required & Preferred Background 

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred 
• Advanced Excel PowerPoint and Word skills 
• 4 years of relevant professional experience including consulting or equivalent experience in a strategy clientfacing or analytical role 
• Experience or familiarity with industries such as CPG technology healthcare/life sciences transportation or others where growth strategy is central 
• Experience developing strategy within a company or consulting environment (preferred)

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site or at the office.
