We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible intern for a full-time 8-week summer this position you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our talented professionals.

Human Resources Administration:

Come behind the scenes in Human Resources and work on projects related to HRIS reporting file management leave management benefits policies talent acquisition and more.

This position will be based on-site at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano CA. This schedule for this internship Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.

Qualifications :

Heres what youll bring to the table: 

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business or related
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
