EPP (Engineering and Procurement Projects) and T&;P (Technologies and Products) Fixed Facility EHS
Leader. This position is a vital member of an interactive and supportive team responsible for
providing comprehensive EHS leadership guidance support and execution specifically for our fixed
facility operations.
The role requires a seasoned EHS professional with the expertise to identify and implement
compliant practical cost-effective and safe solutions that protect our employees operations and
the environment. As the EHS leader for our fixed facilities you will oversee critical safety aspects of
production and equipment build processes manage EHS compliance for wastewater treatment and
neutralization systems and develop essential protocols such as traffic management for facility
operations.
This position demands both technical proficiency and influential leadership capabilities. You will
work closely with operations engineering and facility leadership teams to build and sustain a robust
EHS culture throughout our fixed facility operations. Your responsibilities encompass conducting
facility inspections assisting in hazardous operations reviews and driving continuous process

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in EHS Engineering Science or Technical field
- 10 years EHS leadership experience with health and safety focus in manufacturing/production
- Strong knowledge of OSHA EPA and state/local EHS regulations
- Expertise in facility safety management equipment build processes and production operations
- Facility inspections hazard assessments and risk evaluations
- Wastewater treatment and neutralization compliance
- Traffic management and facility layout safety
- Secondary containment systems for hazmat storage (EPA/OSHA compliance)
- HAZOP facilitation and process hazard identification
- GHS compliance (classification labeling SDS management)
- Environmental permitting (air quality NPDES stormwater)
- Experience with incident investigation root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Knowledge of industrial hygiene occupational health hazards and emergency response planning
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute but a guide and offers will be based on the individual candidates knowledge skills experience and market conditions as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $100000-$135000 (USD); 00 (CAD) annually.
