Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Working Student/Werkstudent to join our incredible Field Marketing Team based in Munich Germany!
If youre an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in Marketing but doesnt know where to start then we want to work with you.
As a marketing working student you will collaborate with our marketing team on various stages of a campaign from execution to promotion to follow up activity. Your insightful contribution will help us develop and expand our customer impact. You will work closely with several team members responsible for different tasks and other departments within the Munich office.
This experience will allow you to acquire a range of marketing skills provide you with industry knowledge and clarify your career goals. You will gain insight into the way organisations operate and how to overcome challenges. Ultimately you will gain broad marketing experience and learn how to work in any fast-paced environment.

To be eligible for this paid working student position you will be a BWL degree student (or equivalent) studying a relevant marketing degree and graduating next year in 2027.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university working on a relevant BWL Degree in Marketing (or equivalent)
- Must be a student for the full duration of the working student placement and graduating in 2027
- Must be available to start on 18th May 2026
- Commit to the 12 months working student duration (20 hours per week)
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- A quick yet thoughtful decision maker who knows when to ask questions when to act when to escalate and when to ask for help
- Highly collaborative team-oriented detailed well organized with ability to manage time and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Passion for storytelling and identifying trends
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence/Data Analyst tools
