Team Assistant

Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfalls Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro renewable initiatives like PV/Solar and batteries. We currently develop construct and operate wind generation assets across Sweden Denmark Germany the Netherlands and the UK. In addition we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.

The Digital Engineering teams main purpose(s) is to build up Hydrogen as an mature offering in Vattenfalls future pipeline through an incubator approach until full maturity has been reached and commercial buildout is possible. We are forward-thinking and innovative. We are dedicated to accelerating the transition to a sustainable low-carbon energy future.

Your main responsibilities

• Providing proactive assistance to the team ensuring that day-to-day activities run efficiently
• Supporting finance processes helping manage orders invoices and financial records accurately
• Managing documentation so that important information is organised and easily accessible for your colleagues
• Handling a range of administration tasks such as arranging meetings supporting Health Safety and Environment (HSE) matters and booking travel or accommodation for the team

Location

Work location can be Kolding in Denmark or Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

Qualifications :

Your profile

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Powerpoint 
• Working knowledge of SAP  
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to solve problems and to work with minimum supervision
• Organised communicative accurate energetic proactive and result-oriented
• Previous PA and Team Administration experience advantageous
