Job Summary
At Deezer English Copywriters master Deezers tone of voice and deploy it for a wide range of copy requests in English. They create relevant written messages to capture the attention of the target audience and drive action for English-specific worldwide and corporate communications.
This role reports to the Lead of Copy and engages with a broad range of stakeholders collaborating across all departments at Deezer (e.g. Marketing Product CRM). Within the Deezer Agency you will work directly with a team of international Copywriters as well as Creative Project Managers Localization Managers and Designers.

What you will do:
- Write edit and optimize high-quality copy in English across a wide range of formats and all touchpoints from product and UX content to campaigns (product and in-app content social media video scripts websites emails ads brand content).
- Adapt tone style and messaging to different audiences platforms and channels while maintaining a user-focused approach and following platform-specific codes and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with creative social marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Stay up to date with cultural trends social media evolutions and content innovations.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all communications.
- Support creative concepts and storytelling ideas aligned with brand strategy marketing objectives and other markets.
Qualifications :
This role is excellent for a person with:
- 1-2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation
- Masters degree in Marketing Communications Journalism English or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level). Proficiency in French is a plus
- A passion for creative writing and its impact
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and channels
- Familiarity with digital social media and content platforms
- Curiosity collaboration skills autonomy versatility creativity and strong communication.
