HSE Manager (Hotel, Sabah)

• Develop implement and maintain the projects Health Safety & Environment (HSE) management plan ensuring full compliance with local regulations project requirements and hotel operator safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections audits and risk assessments to identify hazards ensure safe work practices and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance.
• Lead incident investigations root-cause analysis and corrective action follow-up ensuring transparent reporting and prevention of recurrence.
• Coordinate and enforce HSE requirements with contractors and subcontractors including review of method statements permits-to-work toolbox talks and safety training programs.
• Prepare and present HSE reports KPIs safety statistics and compliance documentation to project management consultants and relevant authorities.

Qualifications :

• Professional HSE certifications and must have a valid Green-Book.
• 810 years of experience in HSE management for construction projects with strong preference for hotel hospitality highrise or highspecification developments.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations construction safety protocols emergency response procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Proven track record of managing HSE programs in multidisciplinary environments involving CSA MEP ID façade and specialist contractors.
