Objectives of this role
- Implement Documentation Management within the Project organization (management & review of all stakeholder documents).
- Maintain complete Project Documentation and monitor the Documentation Life Cycle for all the T&T Document List.
- Support the Project/Program Manager for the relevant Project/Program schedule requirements.
- Proactive role in the Project / Program in terms of implementation of project planning management system.
- Accountable that the Project Documentation & schedule is properly archived in online.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate with project managers architects and clients to gather project specifications and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and present monthly/ weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to project schedules and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in civil / electrical / mechanical or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in project planning within the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes & activities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project.
