Job Summary
- Passthrough Controlling (Monthly and planning)
- Central Product controlling reports (Transfer price Passthrough analysis MAT analysis etc. as define)
- Monthly Business Report for resources (HC Inventory personal cost etc.)
- SAP UE key user (SAP background is a plus)
- Matsian PPC (production cost) calculation in system
- New PPC project calculation
- Other tasks as require (write off/back central reports etc.)
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cost-controlling or cost-analysis is preferrable.
- Experience in P&L-analysis is a plus.
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional international environments collaborating across departments locations entities and hierarchy levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English; German preferred due to LP interface. Ability to present P&L analyses to senior management.
- Proven ability to work under pressure manage tight deadlines and maintain high reliability while working independently with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical logical and problem-solving skills including execution and interpretation of complex calculations.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with solid business and financial understanding.
- High affinity for IT systems and digital tools particularly SAP and analytical applications.
- Confident decision-making capability able to clearly communicate defend and drive decisions across functions.
- Continuous improvement orientation with the ability to develop and enhance tools processes and cross-BU solutions.
