Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the FDR Financial Group remotely.
- Handle communication with clients and internal team members via email phone and virtual meetings.
- Manage schedules appointments and calendars for the team.
- Organize and maintain important documents and files.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
