Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in architectural firm–led construction projects. The ideal candidate must be PMP certified and have proven expertise in managing end-to-end construction activities coordinating with architects consultants and contractors and ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with design intent and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

PMP Certification (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or Construction Management
8–12 years of experience in construction management
Mandatory experience working with or within architectural firms
Strong understanding of architectural drawings BOQs specifications and construction methodologies
Experience managing commercial residential or mixed-use projects
