Position: Accessories Executive - Service
Experience: *Minimum 1 year experience as Accessories Executive / Accessories Sales (Automobile)
Salary: *As per Industry Std
Location: *Calicut
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell genuine accessories to walk-in service customers.
* Explain accessory features benefits pricing and compatibility to customers.
* Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for accessory fitment.
* Prepare accessory estimates invoices and job cards as per process.
* Ensure proper fitment quality and timely delivery of vehicles.
* Maintain accessory stock inward/outward records and coordinate with spares/store team.
* Achieve monthly accessory sales targets set by management.
* Display accessories effectively in customer lounge / display area.
* Handle customer queries objections and complaints related to accessories.
* Follow OEM guidelines dealership SOPs and audit requirements.
* Update sales details in DMS / ERP system.
* Support promotional activities schemes and seasonal offers.
