Job Summary

Our client is a top-rated management consulting and human resource advisory firm.

Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Technical Assistant who will serve as a strategic thought partner and execution support to the Group Chairman providing high-quality research proprietary assets development analysis and strategic guidance to inform group-wide decision-making.

This role is designed to support growth transformation and brand positioning across the Groups diverse lines of business combining strategic advisory programme execution and thought leadership to enable effective leadership innovation and long-term valve creation.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct high-level research and analysis to support executive decision-making strategy development and business positioning across the Group.
Develop executive briefs thought leadership articles market insights and strategic documentation that differentiate the Group and strengthen its market credibility.
Support the design evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives business models and operating frameworks aligned with the Groups growth agenda.
Identify and assess new business opportunities across local international and public-sector markets supporting expansion partnerships and revenue growth.
Drive programme and project management for strategic initiatives sponsored by the Group Chairman ensuring alignment delivery discipline and impact.
Support organization-wide branding rebranding and positioning initiatives including change management planning and execution.
Develop high-quality corporate materials presentations and strategic assets to support executive engagements partnerships and market-facing initiatives.
Support the design and execution of client and market feedback mechanisms to assess brand strength and inform strategic adjustments.



Requirements

Key Requirement
Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
5 years of experience in management consulting strategy or a related advisory role with a leading global consulting firm.
Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Exposure to complex multi-sector projects and high-level strategic initiatives.
Prior experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is a strong advantage.
Strong research writing and executive documentation skills.
Strategy consulting and business case development.
Programme and project management.
Strong Business acumen Strategic.
Strong ownership mindset with exceptional work ethic.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
Problem-solving and structured decision-making.
Advanced proficiency with the use of Generative AI and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word).
Good people management analytical thinking and relationship skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.

Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N1.5m N1.8m monthly net (Slightly negotiable) other benefits
