Dental Assistant 1300Smiles Rockhampton

As a Dental Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our dentists and clinical team while delivering outstanding care to our patients. This position involves a mix of chairside assistance patient care and maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists and dental professionals during a variety of procedures ensuring patient comfort and smooth clinical operations.
• Providing attentive support and care to patients before during and after treatment.
• Maintaining a clean safe and compliant clinical environment in line with infection control and health and safety standards.
• Sterilising instruments and managing the care maintenance and organisation of dental equipment.
• Contributing to a positive patient experience through professional communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications :

• Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not essential.
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or currently pursuing it) is a plus. 
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Must be available to work between 7.45 am to 5:45 pm
