Job Summary

Were looking for two highly organised and proactive Team Administrators to support two separate business teams at Colliers (Investment Services & Tenant Advisory). In these roles youll be central to ensuring smooth daytoday operationscoordinating campaigns supporting financial processes organising meetings and helping deliver exceptional client service.

Across both roles you will:

  • Prepare highquality property reports submissions contracts and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support campaign and marketing activities using tools such as InDesign Canva and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and external agencies.
  • Coordinate meetings events team calendars and internal communications ensuring strong client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Handle billing invoicing reconciliations and other financial administration ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Maintain SharePoint libraries proposal templates and other key team documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve systems and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or InDesign is an advantage.
  • A proactive solutionsoriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a team support or administrative role (property industry experience desirable).
