Job Summary
JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $21.75 per hour
1st Shift: 6:00AM - 5:00PM
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Warehouse Associates lead and manage warehouse operations and employees while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Improve employee productivity through coaching and instruction
- CDL preferred to service customers via delivery
- Complete work assignments and customer orders safely accurately timely and without damage.
- Assist co-workers and customers
- Perform administrative tasks and duties including data entry and system updates within the ERP system and associated software applications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Perform inventory management and housekeeping duties
- Perform work in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine preventive maintenance adjustments and lubrication on equipment and production tools as required to maintain proper operation.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
- Knowledge of basic computer software
- Ability to resolve problems both internally and with customers
- Strong customer service skills
- A combination of education and experience may be qualifying
