Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processfor various G&A teams (Finance Legal Human Resources etc.) ensuring
- alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with operations teamsto develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining critical capabilities and support.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysisto support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reportsto senior leadership providing actionable insights on budget variances trends and key
- performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive process improvementsin financial planning and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto align financial plans with operational goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field.
Preferred 4 years of experience in the following:
- Accounting and knowledge of US GAAP standards
- Financial acumen
- Data analysis/modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g. OneStream Adaptive Insights or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
