LinkedIn Marketing Solutions: We help businesses achieve their marketing ROI objectives with a suite of superior products that includes native advertising and programmatic channels. We are investing in the Content Marketing ecosystem through various thought leadership initiatives that will enable us to capture the opportunity that the market provides.   

The Large Customer Group LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with our largest and often most complex customers. This person will leverage their knowledge of digital and social media communication and relationship building skills and analytical abilities to provide campaign intelligence and campaign strategy consultation including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients. The Client Solutions Manager will be measured by their ability to build cultivate and partner with our clients as well as their ability to drive incremental revenue. The Client Solutions Manager is a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients campaigns and projects concurrently.   

Responsibilities:   

  • Build trusted relationships with clients by providing best-in-class customer experience by proactively identifying and solving customer challenges 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Insights Content Solutions Measurement and Operations to collaborate on campaign activation optimization measurement to drive toward client goals 
  • Consult and advise customers and agency partners on re-investment and net new investment strategies and tactics to maximize a brands impact on LinkedIn 
  • Consult on and drive implementation of client media campaigns including audience targeting products ad formats content best practices performance and proving return on objectives through campaign insights 
  • Educate customers and partners on new products partners technology campaign manager tool capabilities and LinkedIn best practices
  • Serve as voice of the customer and field to collaborate with LinkedIn product teams to improve offerings and drive scaled adoption 

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of experience in advertising marketing or sales    
  • 2 years of media sales digital media account management or auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience   
  • Demonstrated ability to understand marketing & digital media metrics   
  • Ability to conduct regular forecasts and reports   
  • Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customers pressures with data-driven products and solutions 
  • Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation   
  • Know-how of the digital industry landscape   
  • Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision   
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills ownership of agency and client relationships 
  • Ability to build insights-backed narrative to support strategic storytelling and investment recommendations 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally   
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer   
  • Enthusiasm for adopting AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Know-how of sales planning & CRM tools

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  

The pay range for this role is $113000 to $163000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
