A bit more about what youll do
Community Appearance & Grounds
- Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community including walkways parking areas common spaces and amenities
- Pick up litter sweep blow and pressure wash as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and assist with dumpster area upkeep
- Monitor the community daily and report maintenance or safety issues
Light Maintenance Support
- Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks such as changing light bulbs replacing signage and minor repairs
- Help prepare apartments for move-ins including basic cleaning and trash removal
- Support seasonal projects and community upkeep initiatives
Team & Resident Interaction
- Work closely with the on-site maintenance and management teams
- Provide friendly professional interactions with residents and vendors
- Take pride in being a visible part of the community and representing the property well
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Experience & Reliability
- Prior experience as a porter groundskeeper janitor or maintenance assistant preferred
- Strong job tenure and a track record of reliability and attendance
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Skills & Work Ethic
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Physically able to walk the property lift up to 50 lbs bend and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn basic maintenance skills and grow within the role
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
