Groundskeeper

You will work at our Slate Creek Apartment Homes located in Roseville CA.

A bit more about what youll do

Community Appearance & Grounds

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community including walkways parking areas common spaces and amenities
• Pick up litter sweep blow and pressure wash as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and assist with dumpster area upkeep
• Monitor the community daily and report maintenance or safety issues

Light Maintenance Support

• Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks such as changing light bulbs replacing signage and minor repairs
• Help prepare apartments for move-ins including basic cleaning and trash removal
• Support seasonal projects and community upkeep initiatives

Team & Resident Interaction

• Work closely with the on-site maintenance and management teams
• Provide friendly professional interactions with residents and vendors
• Take pride in being a visible part of the community and representing the property well

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For
Experience & Reliability

• Prior experience as a porter groundskeeper janitor or maintenance assistant preferred
• Strong job tenure and a track record of reliability and attendance
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Skills & Work Ethic

• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Physically able to walk the property lift up to 50 lbs bend and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn basic maintenance skills and grow within the role
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
